All information collected by Smartie Britches is used for internal purposes only and will not be sold to or shared with any person, business, or entity outside our establishment. If you would like to be contacted regarding additions to our merchandise, sale information, or coming events where we will be, please add your address to our mailing list by clicking here.

Shipping
Many of our garments are constructed upon order therefore please allow 4 to 6 weeks ship time. We can ship via USPS or UPS. Average delivery time is 3 to 10 days once your order has been shipped. Shipping charges are figured real time based on your order total and ship to location. To calculate shipping charges, once your items are added to your cart click on the 'calculate shipping' link located under your order total. Fill in your delivery information and choose your shipping method to view the shipping charges.

We accept money orders only on all orders shipped outside the United States and Canada. All orders shipped outside the United States or Canada will be charged the current shipping rate for that country. If you are having an order shipped to a foreign address we will e-mail you the total including the shipping charges. Please wait for our e-mail before obtaining your money order or you may call us at 256-734-3691.

Returns
We feel that you will be delighted with the quality of our merchandise. If however, for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a refund or exchange in the event that a different size is needed. Returns must be made within 10 days of receipt. Any merchandise returned after 10 days from receipt can only be returned for exchange or in-store credit. Please contact us by phone at 256-734-3691 or by e-mail for return item instructions. Shipping charges will not be refunded. We can not accept returns on items that have been personalized or monogrammed. Sale and clearance items are non returnable.

Sale Items
Hairbows and matching purses are not included with the clothing once it has been marked for clearance. All sale and clearance items are final sales and can not be returned.

Payment
All payment information is sent through a secure server which encrypts the information for your protection. We accept Visa or Mastercard. You also have the option of sending us your order and then calling in your credit card information. Our business hours are Monday - Friday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm CST. If you are sending in your order during off hours or weekends, please call the following business day with your credit card information.

You may also place your order and pay by money order. We can not accept personal checks. Money orders must be received within 10 days of placing your order. Merchandise will be added back into inventory after that time. Merchandise will not be monogrammed or personalized until after we receive your money order. Please print off a copy of your order and send it in along with your money order made out to Smartie Britches to the address below.
